At around 5:30 Monday night (February 12th), a 17 year-old boy and his car collided with a semi-truck in Fossum Township, east of Ada, MN.
The State Patrol says the vehicles collided head-on on Highway 200 and the semi caught fire.
The report says 17-year old driver, Cody Prestergord from Gary, died at the scene.
The 76 year-old man driving the semi had minor injuries.
It is unknown if Prestergord was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
