(Fort Myers, FL) — Tourism officials in southwest Florida and are eager to welcome Minnesotans and Twins fans for spring training.
Lee County Commissioner Brian Hamman say folks from the Midwest always provide a critical lift to the area economy.
Hamman says “we are allowing people to go out and take the precautions they feel are necessary as far as wearing masks and things like that. You can go eat in restaurants here. You can eat indoors, you can eat outdoors.”
There will be COVID protocols and limited capacity for Twins Grapefruit League games at Hammond Stadium.
