Fergus Falls Public Schools has announced an upcoming change in their learning model for 7th and 8th grade students.
Starting the week of March 1st, 7th and 8th grade students who are attending in person learning will move to a full Monday through Friday 5-day a week schedule. Fergus Falls Public schools superintendent Jeff Drake;
“Yes, we are really excited about that, with everything lit For the last 12 months it’s really hard to believe it’s been nearly a year since the students have been in the classroom 5 days a week.”
This plan follows consultation with the districts Rapid Regional Response Team and the district’s Incident Command Team.
Drake went on to say that they’ve been recipients of a strong vaccination effort in Fergus Falls and our County case rates have continued to steadily Decline.
The district has only experienced 10 cases of covid-19 among staff and students since January 8th.
