(KNSI) – The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has posted over 200 summer internships.
The summer interns cover several positions in the DNR, including fisheries, forestry, parks and trails, and watercraft inspectors.
Becky Keller, a human resource generalist with the Minnesota DNR, tells KNSI the summer interns get paid to earn academic credit.
“All of our positions are paid $15 an hour. Interns do need to be students, so they have to either get academic credit or be fulfilling some sort of academic requirement through their school.”
Interested students should start by searching for open internships at the MN DNR’s website.
