Travelers on I-94 this morning near mile marker 33 North West of Rothsay will experience a bit of a slowdown as State Patrol and Richland County Sheriff’s Deputies work to free a jackknifed semi in the median.
Minnesota department of transportation said to freezing rain and dropping temps there is ice on area roadways and scattered slippery spots.
Westbound Interstate 94 was temporarily closed near Downer due to a jackknifed semi at mile marker 7.
State Patrol Sargent Jesse Grabow is reporting additional cars in the ditch on I-94 at Mile markers 3, 6, and 26.
