(St. Paul, MN) — Minnesota’s budget surplus has grown another one-and-a-half-billion dollars over the last three months.
It was projected at seven-point-seven billion in November and the latest economic forecast puts the figure at nine-point-two billion.
There are some major disagreements over what to do with the extra money.
