(Minneapolis, MN) — Gas station owners are having to contend with people protesting high gas prices by placing stickers on their pumps.

The stickers show a photo of President Joe Biden pointing and saying the words, “I did that!”, with his finger pointing to the price display on the gas pumps.

The stickers are appearing on fuel pumps across Minnesota and the rest of the U-S. Hajra Akram, a cashier at Stockmen’s Truck Stop, told K-S-T-P Television the stickers continually pile up, causing him to take extra time at work to scrape them off. He suggests customers put them on the backs of their own cars instead.

Lance Klatt, executive director of the Minnesota Service Station and Convenience Store Association, says retail businesses are “no place for politics.”
