Minnesota Poison Control is encouraging Minnesotans to add the Poison Control number to our phones in case of emergency.
Spokeswoman Samantha Lee says, “whether you have a child who got into a cleaner, whether it’s your parents or grandparents that made a medication error,” they can help.
The number to call is 1-800-222-1222, to their phones so they can be prepared in a poison emergency – Lee says all calls are free and confidential.
