(Minneapolis, MN) — Minnesota is the host state for the 2022 N-C-A-A Women’s Final Four.
The pinnacle of women’s basketball will tip off in Minneapolis tomorrow (Friday) night. Kevin Kurtt, spokesman for Meet Minneapolis, Convention, and Visitors Bureau, says in addition to the games, there will be a number of free and friendly family events throughout downtown.
They include a fan fest called “Tourney Town” at the convention center, a party outside of Target Center before the games and before practices on Saturday, and a free concert on Saturday.
Meet Minneapolis estimates that as many as 30-thousand people will travel to Minneapolis for the N-C-A-A Women’s Final Four games.
