(Golden Valley, MN) — Golden Valley-based General Mills plans to sell the iconic Hamburger Helper brand and its Suddenly Salad side dishes for 610 million dollars.
Eagle American Foods Group is purchasing the brans with things expected to finalize later this year. General Mills says it is continuing to reshape its business portfolio.
Net sales for the Helper and Suddenly Salad totaled approximately 235 million dollars in fiscal 2021.
