Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office Looking for Missing 17-Year-Old

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.

Samantha is a 17-year-old white female who is approximately 5’09” and 155 pounds.
