(Moorhead, MN) — Moorhead-based American Crystal Sugar and the Grain Millers Union are approving a new four-year contract after reaching a tentative deal last week. V-P Lisa Borgen says Crystal Sugar is very pleased with the agreement.
She says it calls for pay increases of 17 percent over four years plus enhanced vacation, time off, a higher pension payout, a new vision insurance plan and other positive benefits to employees.
