(Minneapolis, MN) — The government agency that runs U-S Bank Stadium is directing staff to look into a permanent security fence around the venue.
There’s been a chain link fence around most of the building since it opened in 2016.
How much it will cost and who will pay for it hasn’t been determined.
The Vikings have been interested in a permanent security fence for a long time, and Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority Chairman Michael Vekich says the U-S Homeland Security Department has also urged it be installed.
