(New York, NY) — The University of Minnesota football team plays Syracuse in today’s (Thursday 1 p-m) Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium.
Golden Gopher sophomore Danny Striggow from Long Lake has enjoyed the week in the Big Apple.
Striggow says, “I’ve never been to New York City and I know a lot of the guys on the team haven’t either.”
He says it was really fun to go out, explore, hang out with the teammates in a different setting outside of Minneapolis.
Striggow calls playing Syracuse at Yankee Stadium a “once in a lifetime” experience.
