(Bismarck, ND) — A bill passed by the North Dakota House may increase the speed limit on North Dakota interstates.
House Bill 1475 passed yesterday and now heads to the Senate.
If approved and signed by the governor the bill would boost the speed limit to 80 miles an hour on most interstates.
The DOT has a map showing the areas where it’s safest to increase speeds.
