Uncle Eddie’s, a popular ice cream shop in downtown Fergus Falls, is all set to open for its 2023 season this Friday, March 31 at 5 in the afternoon.
Customers can enjoy a wide range of tasty treats, including around 40 different flavors of ice cream, coffee, and soda at the shop located at 217 W. Lincoln Avenue.
The weekend opener hours are from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on March 31, and from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm on April 1 and 2.
For the remainder of April, Uncle Eddie’s will be open from Thursday to Sunday, between 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Uncle Eddie’s first opened on May 29, 2020, as a new business in downtown Fergus Falls.
The ice cream shop is named after Anne Frustol’s father, Ed Jensen.
With the arrival of ice cream season, the owners are excited to welcome customers back.
