Steal-A-Deal, a new discount store, has opened its doors to the public.
Co-founded by partners Patrick and Jen Hofer and James Iverson, the warehouse is situated at 1209 West Lincoln Ave, taking over the east end of the old Sunmart building.
Operating for a month and a half, Steal-A-Deal made its official press at the beginning of May.
“The fun of it is to bring Fergus Falls that liquidation center that we just don’t have,” said Patrick Hofer.
“We’re still renovating, but we wanted to get started and get open,” he added.
Steal-a-deal is a Liquidation store, boasting an 8,000 square foot space, the store aims to provide consumers with an extensive array of products at steeply discounted rates.
The store specializes in liquidating excess inventory from big box retailers and close-outs, ensuring 70% of their offerings are new-in-box items.
All merchandise in the store starts at 40% off the retail price, and the founders emphasized that all sales are negotiable.
From renowned furniture brands like 7th Avenue to inflatable hot tubs, indoor plumbing fixtures, and more, Steal-A-Deal offers a broad selection for savvy shoppers.
The store also plans to receive regular truckload deliveries of new and rotating products.
For customers eager to explore these fresh-off-the-truck items, delivery days are open to the public.

Located in the old Sunmart building, the store is open every Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
