With Memorial Day this Monday, here is a look at some of Memorial Day Programs throughout the surrounding area.

All programs will be on Monday unless noted.

Ashby

9:45 Ashby School

Deer Creek American Legion Memorial Day Service

7:30am Breakfast at the community center

10:30 Service at the community center

Dent American Legion Memorial Day Service

Their service will be combined with the Perham VFW at the ITOW in Perham.

8am -12pm Pancake Feed at the ITOW

10:15 am Service at the ITOW

Fergus Falls

Program at 10:00 AM at the Veterans Park in Fergus Falls. If there is bad weather the ceremony will moved to the VFW.

Fergus Falls Veterans Home

Ceremony at 2PM. Determination will be made closer on whether COVID protocols will allow for it can be open for families as well. Call the Veterans Home if you have questions 218-736-0400.

Fergus Falls Veterans Walk of Flags, weather permitting.

Frazee Vergas VFW Post 7702

9am Memorial Day program at Lakeside Cemetery in Frazee

They will have installation of new officers at the VFW following the ceremony.

New York Mills VFW

10am at the NYM’s School

Parkers Prairie

Program at the High School at 10:00 AM with speaker. Graveside Honors at Cemetery Afterwards. Prior to the ceremony there will be a pancake breakfast that starts at 8:00 AM which benefits the Legion Baseball and Legion Softball teams.

Pelican Rapids

10:00am at the Pelican Rapids High School followed by

Lunch at the VFW and a short program

Perham VFW Memorial Day Service

8am -12pm Pancake Feed at the ITOW

10:15 am Service at the ITOW
