Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office recieved a report regarding suspicious activity at Urbank’s Old Mill Bar and Grill

According to a Facebook post made by The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, they received a report of suspicious activity that took place at the Old Mill Bar and Grill in Urbank on July 8, 2023.

The incident reportedly occurred between 6:00 and 7:00 in the evening involving two unidentified white males, estimated to be in their late 60s or early 70s.

According to the report, a parent claimed that their minor child was approached by the men in the restaurant’s restroom, where they allegedly directed inappropriate comments and questions at the juvenile.

Following the incident, the men are said to have paid in cash and promptly left the venue. Their identities remain unknown.

This incident aligns with a series of similar reports in the county, where inappropriate comments, gestures, or conduct have been directed towards young children.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has expressed concern over these events and advises the public to be alert and cautious in public locations.
