(Oak Township, MN) — The Minnesota State Patrol is releasing details about a crash on Interstate 94 in Stearns County that left two people dead and one hospitalized.
The report says a car driven by 36-year-old Said Mohamed of Pelican Rapids and a pickup driven by Scott Bunger of Albany were both traveling westbound on I-94 when they collided Monday night near Freeport.
Troopers say Said and a passenger, 69-year-old Abdalla Gudad of Grand Island, Nebraska, died at the scene.
Another passenger in Said’s vehicle was taken to a St. Cloud hospital with life-threatening injuries. Bunger wasn’t hurt in the crash.
