Upon conversing with the amiable owner, Pat Shol, Zakk Daniels heeded his recommendation and opted for The Viking Russian Burger.

 

A culinary masterpiece, this burger features thick-cut bacon and American cheese gracing a perfectly grilled beef patty.

To add an extra layer of flavor, chopped and grilled onions are expertly integrated into the burger patty itself.

The result is a harmonious blend of sweet and savory, served alongside a generous portion of straight-cut fries.

 

 

Meanwhile, co-host Dave Bishop selected the ever-popular breakfast classic, The Everything Omelet.

 

The Viking Cafe is renowned for crafting the best omelet in Minnesota, and this creation lives up to its reputation.

Packed with ham, cheese, green pepper, onion, tomato, and mushroom, this omelet is a symphony of flavors.

Accompanied by a hearty serving of crispy hash-browns and toast, it’s a breakfast fit for champions.

 

 

Both Zakk and Dave couldn’t resist indulging in one of the always-popular Viking Pancakes.
