Two-Vehicle Collision in Fergus Falls Results in Severe Damage and Minor Injuries

A collision between a truck and a car occured on September 20th at approximately 3:33 in the afternoon, which left both vehicles severely damaged, with minor injuries reported.

The incident occurred at the intersection of N Union Ave and W Summit Ave in Fergus Falls.

The accident involved a black Chrysler Concorde driven by a juvenile who was traveling southbound on Union Avenue.

The juvenile’s vehicle was struck by a dark blue Ford F150 driven by Stephen Pistulka as it attempted to cross Union Avenue westbound.

The collision resulted in significant damage to both vehicles.

Fortunately, only minor injuries were reported in the incident, injured were transported to Lake Region Healthcare Center (LRHC) by Ringdahls for medical evaluation.

The front airbag in the Chrysler Concorde deployed upon impact.

As a result of the accident, Stephen Pistulka was issued a citation for failure to yield.

The juvenile driver also received a citation for not having insurance.
