In a series of alarming events, a Green Toyota driver not only caused havoc on the road but also engaged in a heated confrontation at Green Acres Trailer Park in Fergus Falls.
The incident occurred on Monday, October 23rd, resulted in the arrest of Jamie Lee Moe, age 47, who now faces a litany of charges including DWI, obstruction of legal process, and controlled substance possession.
Officers initially responded to a confrontation between two parties at the Green Acres Mobile Home & RV Park when the situation took a turn for the worse.
After diffusing the initial dispute, officers observed Jamie Moe behind the wheel of a Green Toyota.
Further investigation revealed that Moe was driving with a canceled driver’s license, which led to the subsequent arrest.
The incident began at approximately 8:58 PM when a Green Toyota vehicle was reported to have run two vehicles off the road near Green Acres Lane.
The reckless driving incident left motorists startled and alarmed by the audacious driving behavior.
Jamie Moe, allegedly involved in the reckless driving incident, went to a residence on Green Acres Lane in Fergus Falls, reportedly to confront an individual regarding the possible theft of his house keys.
The situation escalated quickly, resulting in a disturbance and the subsequent arrival of law enforcement.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers arrested Jamie Moe, who now faces a series of serious charges.
The charges include Driving After Cancellation (DAC-IPS), First Degree Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) – with a blood sample taken to determine alcohol content, Obstructing Legal Process, and 5th Degree Controlled Substance Possession involving methamphetamine.
Moe is currently being held for court proceedings at the Otter Tail County Detention Facility.
