After a warm welcome and conversation with the owner and management team, Zakk and Dave had the pleasure of trying a few appetizers,

Duck Wontons – Braised duck with bacon sweet corn lightly fried in won-ton wrappers, served with sweet chili sauce, Pub Style Pretzel Breadsticks
Warm pretzel breadsticks, served with queso. Dave and Zakk also got a unique oppurtunity to try a special which was goat cheese cossets.

 

 

 

 

 

Zakk Daniels, went with the owners recommendations,

The New York Strip – A Hand cut prime grade 14oz New York strip grilled medium rare, with two Pan-seared jumbo diver scallops, served with drawn butter, and hash-browns, as well as a cup of steak and potato southwest soup.

For dessert, warm butter toffee coffee cake.

 

 

 

 

 

Co-host Dave Bishop selected the owners recoomendations as well choosing,

The Chicken Piccata – Grilled chicken breast with a house-made garlic lemon caper sauce, served over angel hair pasta with a side salad with homemade bleu cheese

For dessert the Oreo cheesecake.
