The MN Veterans Home recently received a generous donation of $42,500 from Veterans Home R&R, and also accompanied the festive celebration of Christmas and engaging activities such as Bingo for the Veterans and their spouses.
Present at the donation ceremony were dedicated individuals, including Logan Schroeder, Rebecca Lhotak, Mike Burns, Vi Davis, Mitch Davis, and Deanna Mounts.
About the Veterans R&R:
Veterans Home R & R (VHRR) is classified as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the standards of the IRS.
VHRR is dedicated to raising money for the recreation funds at our State Veterans Homes.
By donating to the recreation funds, we strive to improve the quality of life for our Veterans.
They want them to be able to partake in activities that would not otherwise be funded by the state.
Veterans Home R & R holds multiple fund raising events throughout the year.
