Hello and Welcome to the 12th installment of “Where to Eat”, Brought to you by Vergas 66 Gas & Convenience in Vergas, MN.
The journey continues as we expand your dining destinations, as we cruise down Highway 59 into Erhard to stop at Hillbillies Depot.
Your hosts Zakk Daniels and Dave Bishop invite you to join them as they make their way through the amazing menu at Hillbillies Depot.
Zakk Daniels chats with one of the owners and discusses the remodeling of the Depot, and the menu.
Dave Bishop continues the conversation behind the bar diving into cocktail questions for a look into the Hillbillies Depot mixology.
Zakk and Dave then sat down and tried a multitude of dishes, varying from patron favorites to house specialties.
Zakk Daniels went with the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, Au jus and sidewinder fries.
Meanwhile, co-host Dave Bishop’s entree choice was the Engine Burner burger and sidewinder fries.
Both Zakk and Dave also tasted many great appetizers.
About Hillbillies Depot:
The Depot came under new ownership in 2022.
Since then, owners Ron and Emily have remodeled and rebranded the restaurant.
Hillbillies Depot has a new tap system, inviting ambiance, and a new, expansive menu.

Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 3pm-1am
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 11am-1am
Hillbillies Depot is Closed on Tuesdays.
