Fergus Falls Library Hosts Clothing Swap

By Derek Sidian Feb 1, 2024 | 7:50 AM

On Tuesday, February 6th, the Fergus Falls Public Library is hosting a workshop on the environmental impacts of the clothing in your closet.

Cedar Walters, a local sustainability professional, will be leading the workshop, teaching attendees about how the clothes they wear have an effect on the environment and how to make their closet greener.

After the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to trade their clean, gently used clothing with the other attendees, refreshing their wardrobe and starting the journey to clothing sustainability.

The workshop will be on Tuesday, February 6th, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.

The event is free to attend, but prior registration is requested for planning purposes.
