(Fergus Falls, Minn.) – Greater Fergus Falls (GFF) has announced that Sean Sullivan, CEO
of Clarity Business Consulting, has purchased Little Black Ledger, LLC from Nicole Rostad.
Nicole and the Little Black Ledger team have been providing high quality bookkeeping and payroll
services to customers in the region for over 10 years.
Rostad said, “After stepping into a new role as director of a local non-profit, I started to look for a
competent, trustworthy and local buyer to step in and take over Little Black Ledger. Sean hit the
mark on each and every one of those! We have been discussing this for over a year and now seemed
like the right time. I am confident he will provide the same, if not better, quality service to my clients.”
