A Clitherall, Minnesota man has reached a plea agreement with the Cass County State’s Attorney’s office in a crash in June 2022 in Fargo that left one man dead.
Shandi Cordner pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and has been sentenced to three years in prison followed by two years of probation.
An aggravated reckless driving charge was dropped.
Cordner crashed into a trailer behind an S-U-V that had pulled over on the shoulder on the I-94 exit ramp to northbound I-29.
Two men were between the S-U-V and the trailer.
39-year-old Lucas Azure of Fargo later died of his injuries.
