At around 6:30 Sunday morning (February 25th), the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call in downtown New York Mills for a disturbance of a woman “pushing and shoving” after being asked to leave a business.
According to officials, 38-year-old Nichole Shoultz of Wadena caused a disturbance in the business and “exposed herself” to customers.
When asked to leave, she became combative and assaulted the business owner.
Before officers arrived on the scene, they received another call saying that a woman was seen on the side of Highway 10 without clothes on.
Deputies found Shoultz in a vehicle and arrested her for a Wadena County probation violation.
Otter Tail County officials say that charges against Shoultz for the incident in New York Mills are pending her charges in Wadena.
