Canine Mojo was honored at the Otter Tail County Commissioners Meeting on February 27th, for his nine years (63 dog years) of service with the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.
Canine Mojo has been credited with 509 deployments resulting in 221 arrests.
During these deployments he has been able to locate at least 27 lbs of methamphetamine, 41.5 lbs of marijuana, 2 lbs of hash oil, and 1.5 lbs of cocaine.
He has also assisted in locating countless items of drug paraphernalia, illegally held firearms, and illicit pills.
Mojo has won multiple awards from the United States Police Canine Association.
He will be retiring to live with the Eiffert family and his brother Darby.
