According to emergency responders the fire started around 12;45 in the afternoon in the kitchen of the Foxhole Bar & Grill during lunch.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Emergency responders to the fire were Wilkin County Sheriff’s Office, the Rothsay Fire Department, the Foxhome Fire Department, the Fergus Falls Fire Department, and the Breckenridge Fire Department.
The State Marshall will be investigating, but has not yet arrived on scene.
At this time the damage appears to be extensive to the roof, but a full assessment has not been made.
