Donald Merrill Senior: OTC In Custody List
Vergas, MN – On Friday (April 26th), investigators made another arrest in the burglary at Billy’s Corner Bar & Grill.
Back in March, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department received a report that a Ruger 9mm handgun that had been intended for a raffle had been stolen.
The following day, Otter Tail Deputies arrested 24-year-old Donald Merrill Jr. for 1st Degree Burglary and for being a Felon in possession of a firearm.
Following further investigation by Otter Tail County Officials, Merrill’s father, 52-year-old Donald Merrill Sr., has been arrested for his part in the burglary.
According to officials, Merrill Sr. was arrested for Burglary and Felon in possession of a firearm.
Both Merrill Sr. and Jr. are being held in the Otter Tail County Detention Facility.
