Ashby, MN – At around 7 o’clock Tuesday evening, the Minnesota State Patrol responded to an accident just east of Ashby.
According to the State Patrol report, 25-year-old Janie Lee of Underwood was travelling east on Highway 78, when her vehicle went off the road and collided with the cable guardrail.
The vehicle continued through the guardrail, down the ditch, and into a tree.
Lee sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Lake Region Healthcare for treatment.
Officials say alcohol was involved in the accident.
