Surveillance Footage of Suspect (Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office)
Phelps, MN – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in identifying a white male that was seen on West Lost Lake on Mother’s Day.
Deputies say the man was seen on a smaller red boat with a yellow lab on the smaller part of West Lost Lake sometime in the evening on May 12th.
