Fergus Falls, MN – Wednesday night was the first ever Fergus Falls Cruise Night, a monthly gathering of motor vehicle enthusiasts in Fergus Falls.
According to Kyle Phillips, one of the organizers, the event saw about 125 cars, despite some weather issues.
When asked about the goals for the event, Phillips said, “We hope it gets bigger every night for July, August, September, and then next year start it all over. Add more and more stuff, more and more cars.”
There was only one food truck at the first event, but Phillips plans on getting more to come out for next month and beyond.
When it comes to what kind of vehicles to expect, there are no limits.
Phillips says, “It’s open to any car. Muscle car, classic car, 50s, 60s, just whatever you have. Rat rods, motorcycles, whatever you drive, bring it.”
The Fergus Falls Cruise Night is set for the first Wednesday of every month this summer, and is held in the old K-Mart parking lot (1403 West Lincoln Avenue).
