Pelican Rapids, MN – At around 5:30 Monday evening, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department responded to an unoccupied vehicle in a lake North of East Lake Lizzie Road and County Highway 31.
Deputies made contact with the driver, 35-year-old Leah Elna Studsrud of Dickinson, ND, who was unharmed and unimpaired.
The vehicle was removed from the lake.
The Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Pelican Rapids Fire Department and Pelican Rapids Ambulance.
