Underwood, MN – Phelps Mill Festival is celebrating 40 years July 13th and 14th at the Phelps Mill County Park.
Two days of art, entertainment, food, children’s activities along with Craft Beer and Wine Tasting
Artists showcasing works from all over the area.
All artists that will be showcasing their work are one of a kind, and went through a jury process which only accept high quality artists and crafters.
Some are local artists and crafters and some of them come from around the country.
With up to 20,000 people have attended throughout the years, as The Phelps Mill Festival is the largest Art and Craft Festival in the area.
One event taking place is the “Color Me” 5K/1K Event is on Sunday, July 14 at 8 in the morning.
Registration is 7:15 to 7:45 in the morning.
Attendees can park in the free Festival’s parking lot (follow signs).
Each participant under the age of 18 will receive a free root beer float coupon to be used at the Festival.
