OTC Sheriff’s Office Looking for Volunteers Monday to Assist Search

REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEER SEARCHER JUNE 24th AT 0800Hrs– meet at 21791 State Hwy 29 Henning, MN

Monday morning the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is looking for volunteers to assist in the search for 79-year-old Robert Shaw in rural Henning. Those available to assist must be able to search on foot through heavily wooded, marshy terrain. Appropriate clothing to include water proof boots. Please have a charged cell phone and bug repellent.

Meeting time is at 8, Monday morning, at 21791 State Hwy 29, Henning.

79 year old male (Robert) is missing from the rural Henning area (County Highway 134/ State Highway 29.

Robert is a Caucasian male approx 5’10” and 160 pounds. He has dementia and has been missing since early Saturday morning.

Sunday’s search included State Patrol Aircraft(s), National Guard Civil Air Patrol, Multiple K9’s, Drones, Airboat, Horses, UTV’s and over 150 local volunteer community members and Firemen as well as 2 Search and Rescue teams which also included artificial intelligence technology.
