Sheriff Updates Status of Search for Missing Henning Man

Henning, MN – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for Robert “Bob” Shaw of Rural Henning.

Bob Shaw is believed to have walked away from his residence on State Highway 29 south of State Highway 210 on Saturday June 22nd at approximately 6 in the morning.

There have been multiple searches which have included State Patrol Aircraft(s), National Guard Civil Air Patrol, US Customs and Border Patrol aircraft, Multiple K9’s, Drones, Airboat, Sherp All-Terrain Vehicle, Horses, UTV’s and 300-400 local volunteer community members and Firemen as well as 2 Search and Rescue teams which also included artificial intelligence technology.

On Wednesday, June 26th, Central Lakes Search and Rescue K9 searched the area.

On Friday, June 28th, multiple Search & Rescue K9 teams deployed in the area surrounding the home property as well as an expanded search area.

The Sheriff’s Office will continue to utilize many different resources to continue the search and continue to investigate tips and information as it comes in.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office continues to ask the public to check their property and buildings.

They are also asking the public to review and monitor security systems and game cameras.
