Ashby Appreciation Days 5k Run (ALF Community Team)
Ashby, MN – The 2024 Ashby Appreciation Days will be in full swing this Thursday through Sunday (July 18th-21st).
One of the biggest events of the celebration is the 5k/10k run on Saturday morning starting and ending at the Central Lakes Trail.
The 1k Kids Fun Run and 1.5k Roots Youth Run start at 8, while the 5k and 10k races start at 8:45.
Registration and packet pickup on race day starts at 7.
All race proceeds benefit the Ashby Legacy Fund.
Other activities throughout the weekend include a fireworks show Friday night at the Ashby School Ball Fields, Music in the Park from 10:30 until 5:30 on Saturday, and the Parade at 6 Saturday night, followed by the Parking Lot Dance at the Legion featuring Tripwire.
