Fergus Falls, MN – Echos, Inc, a franchisee of the quick-service Mexican restaurant Taco John’s International Inc, have begun an extensive interior and exterior remodel project in Fergus Falls.
After much planning and anticipation, Taco John’s Franchise owner Brian Fuder is eager to begin work to fully modernize the kitchen, interior and exterior of the 47-year old building.
The location has been temporarily closed since Saturday July 6th for 3-4 weeks and will open drive-thru only once the kitchen is fully completed and they move focus to lobby improvements.
A grand re-opening customer appreciation celebration is planned for later this year which will be announced at a later date.
This restaurant has been locally owned and operated by the Fuder family of Fergus Falls since 1985.
Brian Fuder explained that his mother had also been part of the management staff under the original owner prior to their family purchasing the location.
