Evergreen, MN – At around 7 o’clock Sunday morning, the Minnesota State Patrol responded to a single vehicle accident near Evergreen, east of Frazee.
According to officials, the Dodge Ram pickup was travelling west on Highway 87 near County Road 43, when it left the road and hit the guardrail.
30-year-old Jerry Bruce Barnes of Frazee was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Frazee for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials are reporting that alcohol was involved in the accident.
The State Patrol was assisted by the Becker County Sheriff’s Office, Wolf Lake Rescue, and St. Mary’s Ambulance.
