St. Paul, MN – Starting January 1st, 2025, Minnesota’s minimum wage will be $11.13 an hour, regardless of small or large business employment.
Minnesota’s current minimum wage for small employers is $8.85 and $10.85 for large employers.
The 90-day training wage for employees under 20 years old will go from $8.85 to $9.08 an hour.
The rates are a 2.6% increase.
