Wahpeton, ND – The Wahpeton Police Department is seeking the community’s help in locating Jose Manuel Ozuna Jr.
Ozuna is wanted for a felony warrant within Richland County.
He is approximately 5’2″, 200lbs, Black hair, Brown eyes, and tattoos on his neck and hands.
Please do not attempt to approach or apprehend Ozuna.
