Semi Driver from Frazee Involved in Collision That Left One Injured

Motley, MN – At around 3:16 Friday afternoon (September 6th), the Minnesota State Patrol responded to a semi accident in Motley.

According to the report, a passenger vehicle driven by 18-year-old Charlie Hemminger of Williston, ND was heading east on Highway 210 towards Brainerd. The semi driver, 58-year-old Ross Bradford Rittgers of Frazee, was heading west on Highway 10, when Hemminger’s car turned in front of the semi and caused the crash. Rittgers was uninjured, but Hemminger was transported to Lakewood Hospital in Staples for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The State Patrol was assisted by the Morrison County Sheriff’s Department.
