Wadena Teen Injured in Otter Tail County Accident

New York Mills, MN – At around 8:16 Monday evening (September 9th), the Minnesota State Patrol responded to a collision southeast of New York Mills.

According to officials, one of the vehicles involved was turning south onto Highway 106, while the other was east on Highway 10 when they collided. The driver of the second vehicle, 16-year-old Brianna May Honer of Wadena, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Wadena Hospital for treatment. The other driver, a 26-year-old man from Deer Creek, reported no injuries.

The State Patrol was assisted by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department, New York Mills Police, New York Mills Fire, and Astera Ambulance.
