Alexandria, MN – Authorities in west central Minnesota say three Wisconsin boys are okay after their canoe capsized on Lake Carlos near Alexandria.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office received a report of three juveniles possibly trapped under their canoe around noon Tuesday. Deputies say the boys made it to shore on their own before first responders arrived and were all wearing life jackets.
The three boys ages 12, 13, and 14 are from the Wisconsin Dells.
