Fergus Falls, MN – Tonight is the first night of the 2024 Speedway Motors WISSOTA 100 at the I-94 EMR Speedway in Fergus Falls. Spectator gates open at 3 this afternoon, with races starting at 5.
WISSOTA Auto Racing Executive Director Nikki Cook is excited to watch the races across the next few days, especially Saturday’s Championship Races, “You get to watch the guys that have worked hard all year, all week, run for that championship for the WISSOTA 100. (In) Pretty much all of our classes, we do have some very tight point battles, so you’ll see these guys race probably all week long to accumulate those points.”
In addition to the racing, the WISSOTA 100 offers a variety of non-racing activities. On Friday morning, attendees can participate in a bean bag tournament with prizes for the winners. Later that night, live music by the Honey Badgers will entertain fans after the races.
