Otter Tail County, MN – Otter Tail County has updated operating hours for the Pelican Rapids and Fergus Falls Transfer Stations and the Household Hazardous Waste and Recycling Redemption Facility in Fergus Falls, effective October 1st, 2024.
These changes reflect the Solid Waste Department’s commitment to providing residents and visitors with efficient and convenient disposal and recycling options. The County encourages all residents and visitors to note the new hours and plan their visits accordingly.
Pelican Rapids Transfer Station Hours
- Summer Hours (April – September):
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Winter Hours (October – March):
- Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Fergus Falls Transfer Station Hours
- Year-Round:
- Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1st Saturday of each month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Household Hazardous Waste and Recycling Redemption Facility Hours
- Year-Round:
- Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1st Saturday of each month: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
